Job Description

This job profile requires the candidate to perform manual as well as digital accounting on daily basis.

Ledger entries, bookkeeping, filling, documentation, maintaining purchase challans are part of this work profile.

Looking after truck load dispatches, coordinating with vehicle drivers on phone and tracking the transit will also have to be taken care of.

Bank Reconciliation, Payment Collection.

Monthly GST Working.

Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors & Creditors

Payment follows up by telephonic & mailing

Daily Stock maintains.

Handling day-to-day accounting

Preparing invoices and following up for pending payments

Handling all banking related works

Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining ledger, maintaining account of fixed assets, and conducting all other accounting activities

Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws
