Job Description of Accounting Executive

• Process monthly billing cycles
• Processing and Analysis of Reads and Utility Bills 
• Identify and Analyze exceptions ( high and low usage, vacant premises ) and find the right solution
• Processing and Previewing of invoices
• Logging and Analyzing Utility Bills and Usages
• Logging and Analyzing Customer Complaints
• Generate various periodic reports
• The position frequent communication with client.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Commerce or equivalent
• Experience of 1 to 3 years
• Proficiency in using Computers, specifically MS Excel ( advanced features) and MS Word
• Good speed on entering data and auditing the entered data
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Understanding of invoicing, receivables, Ageing and invoices.
• Understanding of Utility (water, electricity, gas) billing
