Job Summary

• – Bachelor’s degree 1-3 years of business experience.
• – Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• – Prepare and maintain an inventory of warehouse, entering day to day accounts in tally.
• – Handling of petty cash.
• – Follow up for bills receivable regularly, coordinating with the sales team for bills collection.
• – Preparing the tax invoices and sending to the clients and taking the confirmation of receipt of invoices.
• – Reconcile the accounts payable.
• – Reconcile the accounts receivable.
• – Reconcile weekly deposits.
• – Handling TDS and day to day statutory matters.
• – Manage the filing, storage, and security of financial documents.
• – Employee reimbursement, collect the required documents from employees to their claims and manage the filing in proper order.
