About the job Key responsibilities:

1. Establish and build close connections with customers by speaking with them often and scheduling meetings to learn about their needs and objectives
2. Oversee the implementation of digital campaigns and projects to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
3. Analyze campaign performance data and give suggestions for improvement and future strategy based on your findings
4. Work together with internal teams, such as those in production, technical, and creative, to guarantee that client projects are successfully completed
5. Keep abreast of market developments and emerging digital technologies, and advise customers on how to incorporate them into their campaigns
6. Proactively seek new business prospects and create client proposals
7. Create reports and presentations for customers to convey campaign outcomes and suggestions for the future
8. Control project spending, billing, and accounting
9. Ensure that all client deliverables adhere to industry best practices and quality standards
10. Deliver outstanding customer service by quickly responding to consumer inquiries and issues

Knowledge & prerequisites:

1. Solid understanding of social media, email, and display advertising as digital marketing channels
2. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
3. The capacity to evaluate and analyze data, spot patterns, and reach data-driven judgments
4. Demonstrated capacity to oversee several tasks concurrently and perform effectively under pressure
5. Expertise with software and tools for project management
6. A degree is not necessary, but you should have great communication skills and knowledge of paperwork
