Job Description

Job Description:

Responsible for the following activities

1)     Pan India Salary Reconciliation

Salary accounting on PAN  India basis  received from the Pay Roll Department which includes the following :

-          Gross Salary

-          PF/ESI/Professional tax/Salary advance / Mobile advance / TDS
 
2)     Petty Cash / Bank expenses – Accounting / Reconciliation

Regions Handled

-          Ahmedabad

-          Baroda

-          Surat

-          Rajkot

3)      GST  ( GSTR 1  and GSTR 3B  Return filing )

Regions Handled - UP

4)     Accounting of Insurance expenses in coordination with HR Team

5)     Sales Accounting

-          Sales entries received on Monthly basis with GST Bifurcations from Billing Department and accounted in the Tally Finance package

-          UP
