Rephraserz Media and Communication Services, a leading language consultant from Chennai is on the lookout for knowledgeable multi-tasker for its Finance and Accounts Operation.

Role description: 

• Keeping track and generation of new Invoices to all clients on regular basis.
• Coordination with vendors for settlements of their bills at regular intervals
• Bank reconciliation, TDS/GST Reconciliation, and Intercompany reconciliation,
• Maintenance of vendor ledgers, debtor’s ledgers, Receipts, Deposit Challans and Bank Statements.
• Regular coordination with Sales and Production Team to get day to day update on on-going projects
