Job Description

We are currently looking for female candidate for Accounts Executive position on contract basis.The contract period is for two months and Stipend will be provided.
The Primary role as an account executive is to be involved in handling Accounts in planning, preparing and managing overall accounts and administration activities.

The Job Responsibilities :

Preparing financial document such as invoices, bills, account payable and receivable through Tally.
Entering financial information in Tally.
Knowledge about GST filing is added advantage.
Managing company ledger
Verifying balance in account books and rectifying discrepancies
Managing day to day transactions
Posting daily receipt
Handling accrual and prepayments
Managing monthly budget tasks
Encoding accounting entries for data processing.
Maintaining Cash in Advance & Claims details.
Tele calling
Qualification : B Com is preferred. Only degree completed person is eligible
Job type : Contract ( for two months)
Only Female Candidate is preferred.
Also Candidate should have good knowledge in tally.
Vacant position is for only Coimbatore candidates. others do not apply
