We are looking for female Accounts Executives with experience in Tally and to offer support across various departments and provide general assistance to management. Duties may include word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing. Graduates or postgraduates in any discipline with experience in general accounts and office administration can apply. The candidate should play her role effectively by being part of the team responsible for maintaining an efficient and accurate accounting function.

Key Skills:

· Should have fluent English Communication.

· Organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

· Candidate should be competent using the common office software suites including word, excel, PowerPoint etc.

· Ability to compose, proofread and edit correspondence.

· Ability to perform the essential functions of the job.

· Experience in Tally ERP 9 is mandatory

· Good Planning and organizing skills

· Hands-on experience in daily book-keeping & data entry.

· Handling of petty cash

· Handling of Employee Reimbursements, Employees advances, Travel settlements.

· Raising and Accounting for Invoices, vouchers, aging, payments (AP) Vendor payment reconciliation.

· Filing & maintenance all documents, Vouchers, Invoices, documents, agreements, contracts.

· Knowledge of GST & TDS
