There is a sharp increase in water pollution on account of discharge of untreated sewage and effluents in water bodies, further resulting in various diseases and contributing to mortality rates. Telemachus has came up with the solutions in the form of OSE II based Bioremediation of water bodies. It is a preformed multi enzyme catalyst which breaks Hydrocarbons into water and carbon dioxide. These enzymes survive on sludge decomposing it and thus decontaminating water bodies. Our demonstration is going on at the banks of Gomti river and there with the use of modular components of Sewage Treatment for Inert Sludge Removal along with OSE II based Bioremediation, the BOD has been brought down to below 10. Such properties of these product can remove contamination from drains and in due course of time from the rivers also.
