Job profile:-
* Proficient in Basic Microsoft System Skills in Excel, Word.
* Maintain the Purchase & Sales transaction records in the System.
* Co-ordinate with Manager & Vendor for Purchase of Materials.
* Inventory Management and Monitor the Replenishment of Materials.
* Re-Concilation of Inventory Stock on regular basis.
* Generate list of reports on periodic basis and communicate to management Team.
* Track and Monitor the Packing of Materials & Quality of Products.
* Ensure that Quality Items only Packed properly.
* Monitor Online & Offline Sales Orders. Acknowledge Customers on the Order status offline & Online.
* Co-ordinate for Sales Order Shipments of all customers. Send/Update the Shipment details.
* Work as representative of PACE at our NABARD office & Co-ordinate for the communication between Management & MABIF team.
* Monitor Customer complaints & Send appropriate responses.
