 Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and complete general ledger operations
• monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements (Petty cash, Salary distribution)
• Assist with payroll administration in terms of statutory and attendance
• Raising of invoices and follow-up in regards to pending payments with the clients
• Ensure that any incidents/escalation at the client/branch location is attended on priority irrespective of date/time and immediately notify the CGM at Bangalore office.
• Take care of the Security personnel grievance in terms of accommodation, medical and any other challenges and notify the CGM at corporate office for next step of action.
• Responsible for training/audit/control room log/night checks and customer/client feedback on monthly basis and follow up.  Any observations or deviation found to be brought to the notice of CGM as and when.
• Coordinate with the HR/admin at corporate office in terms of recruitment/appointment /movement letters.  Any grievance related to Office staff should be discussed with Corporate HR in line with CGM.

**In terms of Operations related activities should be reported to CGM and accounts related activities to Accounts Manager at Bangalore office.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• knowledge of accounting principles and practices
