Job Description

  • Checking of Purchase vouchers & passing entries in Tally
  • Passing of expenses entries in Tally
  • Vendors & employees Advance status & follow up for closure
  • Payment of Expenses, Vendors, Employees etc..Salary ,FNF disbursement processing
  • Debtors & Creditors O/s Statement weekly, monthly etc.
  • Reconciliation of ledgers with creditors & debtors.
  • Bank Reconciliation daily
  • Knowledge of TDS, Service Tax etc.
  • Knowledge of GST.
  • Roll out of GST.Payment of Taxes & Filling of Returns.Calculation of Taxes of employees for deducting TDS.
  • Preparation of MIS report as per requirement.
  • Benefits:PF, ESIC, PAID LEAVES

The company owns two manufacturing units in Palghar, Maharashtra which is about 100 kms from Mumbai city and easily accessible by road and rail. The entire operations of the company are managed by Mr. Abhishek Sharma.
