Job Description

Hi Everyone,              

We are looking for Accounting Specialist  
Immediate or 10 – 15 Days

Description:
Should have good understanding of concepts and procedures within own discipline and ensures a high quality of services/tasks are delivered. 
Works within standardised practices and allocates work in the capacity of a team leader. Typically reports to the Manager.

Top 3 Skills Required     
SAP, Accounting & business communication skills, O2C/Order to Cash

Responsibilities:
Work with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Process incoming payments by check, credit card, and EFT.
Receive, process, and reconcile statements.
Prepare monthly financial statements.
Generate and review monthly reports.
Prepare and make bank deposits.
Assist with preparation for annual audits.
Prepare and distribute annual IRS forms.
Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures.
Maintain accurate records, including ledgers, journals, receipts, and invoices.
Perform administrative and other tasks as needed.

Location: Pune

Exp: 2+

CTC: 3 to 4 LPA
