Job Description

Academic Qualification: B.Com, BBA,BBM

  • Job Function: IT Software: Software Products & Services
  • Industry: IT-Software
  • Role: Accounts / Admin Assistant
  • Experience – 0-1 years

Job Responsibility

  • Strong interpersonal skills and English communication skills
  • Managing records and receipts on daily basis
  • Knowledge on Reconciliation and Balance sheet.
  • Preparing invoices based on the project requirement
  • Sound knowledge of Taxation, TDS, GST, Professional Tax and filing returns.
  • Preparing documents for Inward and Outward GST
  • Must be well versed in Tally ERP 9
  • MS-Office - Knowledge and working experience
  • Must have knowledge in Tax compilation/ Tax filing
  • Cash flow & Operating statements will be required.
  • Agreements and Contracts preparation
  • Handle and update daily transactions.
  • Knowledge on Banking transactions
  • Interact with clients effectively for proper payments on time.
  • Willing to learn new things which are in line with the demands of an emerging technology business.
  • Prepare and manage quotations/budget as per the new business requirement.
  • Must be able to write financial proposal.
  • Responsible for renewal of AMC, Contract etc.
  • Ensure timely renewal of all insurance policies.
  • Two wheeler is a must for candidate
