The Accounts Executive at Banyan Capital Advisors will need to to cover the following areas of work:
· Maintaining all books of accounts in Tally
· Bank reconciliation Statements
· Preparation of Trial balance, Profit & Loss A/C and Balance Sheet and finalization of accounts.
· Preparing Sales invoices, purchase order
· Work with outside auditors for internal and external audits
· Releasing payments and making cheques for office related utility bills
· Preparing details for income tax and GST and their scrutinies, if any
· Maintain record book and work with third-party CS for compliance with Companies Act
· Taking care of TDS and GST returns of the companies
· Preparation of salary sheets at the end of each month
