Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on providing financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data and preparing reports
2. Work on performing data entry of all transactions in the online system
3. Work on preparing asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
4. Work on the documents of financial transactions by entering account information
5. Work on recommending financial actions by analyzing accounting options
6. Work on preparing a summary of current financial status by collecting information, preparing a balance sheet, profit, and loss statement, and other reports
7. Work on the financial transactions by auditing documents
8. Work on maintaining accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
9. Work on reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
10. Work on preparing payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements
11. Work on preparing special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarising account information and trends
12. Work on performing liaison with external auditors to complete year-end audits
