This role is expected to manage Company all financial activities & General Administration of staff.
Roles & Responsibility
1. Daily Accounting Entry of incoming & out going invoices.
2. GST filing, e-waybill creation, TDS filing
3. Petty Cash management & Expense monitoring & control
4. Keep UpToDate data like Asset, Liability, receivables, payables
5. Making payment to suppliers & expenses, Collecting outstanding payments from customers
6. Employee payroll, & employee record keeping like appointment letter, relieving letter etc.
7. Entry & audit of purchase items.
8. Provide financial status of company to management & suggest measure of financial control.
Key skills & pre-requisites
1. Prior experience company accounting in Manufacturing Industry.
2. Hands on experience in accounting software like Tally
3. Experience in General accounting, GST filing, Balance sheet preparation etc.
4. Knowledge of company compliances filing like TDS, ITR, ewaybill etc.
5. Good experience with Excel sheets, MS word & email writing6. Very good at verbal & written communications skills in English language
