Candidate will be a shared account and admin Partner for our clients Partnership Firm responsibilities as follows.
1 ) Should Maintain all records of Transaction like Bills , Vouchers etc.
2 )Should enter all the accounting records in web site as well as manual records.
3 ) Should do reconciliation of accounts every day , week and month.
4 ) should be responsible for operating bank accounts of the Company.
5) coordinating with CA for all Compliance filling
Other Responsibilities:
Daily imputation of financial entries into the accounting software
Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement, Reconciliation of Ledgers, and Resolving of the Differences.
Banking transactions.
Monitoring of Accounts Receivables and Payables.
Administrational duties.
Petty cash management.
Proper daily filing system in the account department.
