Responsibilities: -

Upload on PFMS system all payment & booking entries project-wise (of various companies & trusts related to MT Educare Ltd.)
Enter and Upload Invoices, other expenses in the PFMS System
Co-ordinating with Accounts Payable team, Authorised signatories and Bank for payment
Liaison with FPRs of each project & other Business Staff to get data for students stipend or any other payment immediately
Co-ordinate with Finance MIS Dept. and Business Team to keep PFMS up to date
Reconcile Accounts payment transactions
Monitor PFMS to ensure payments are up to date
Enter collections and other entries on PFMS
Maintain physical records of payments made through PFMS; project-wise & entity-wise
Maintain MIS reports and other reports as required by Finance MIS team.
Prepare reports as required by Business team
Aid Business Team in documentation, tendering and other work as required by them
Co-ordinate with Bank for EMD and BG, whenever needed
Work on SAP & Tally on instruction of Finance MIS team
