Urgent Hiring for ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

Package: 10k (negotiable for right candidate)

Location: Paschim Vihar, Delhi (Near Nangloi)

Shift: Day

Working:Mon-Satuday.

About Company: It’s a 25 year old packing machine company.

Requirements:

·        Tally ERP 9 & Excel is Must Know.

·         Prepare and fact-check invoices before sending them to  customers

·         Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors

·         Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software                              (ERP 9)·       

·         Organization skills

·         Knowledge of basic bookkeeping

·         Scan, file and log accounting documents

·         Some accounting education preferred

·         Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and ERP 9

·         Knowledge of Windows operating system

·         Advanced written and oral communication skills

·         Review and file payroll documents
