Designation – Accounts Assistant

Qualification – Any graduate with experience
Experience– At least 3-5 years. (Male & Female)
Industry Type- Service
Job Location – Kharadi , Pune
Salary–2 – 3 LPA per Annum
Weekly Off – Sunday
Key Responsibility & Skills:
• Preparation of invoices.
· Tracking the in-out documents, invoices.
· Payments follow up with customer.
· Payment of venders, suppliers & maintain the data.
· Bank related activities like documents & cheques submission, letters etc.
· File of the documents & maintain the records.
· Assisting office for day to day activities.
· Basic knowledge of taxes (GST, TDS etc.)
· Verification of compliances (PF, ESIC, PT, bank transfer).
· Visit to customer end as per requirements.
· Good knowledge MS office.
· Tally Basic knowledge.
