To manage day to day operations of the accounts & Logistic
department
To manage accounts payable (bill payments, salaries, petty cash etc.)
and receivable through cash / cheque / voucher in a timely manner
To maintain and reconcile cash / financial accounts
To maintain spreadsheets for monitoring and analyzing accounting data
and prepare financial report
Optimum inventory management – not excess, not less
Take care of all DCGI/ Regulatory related issues1. Responsible for Inventory management and
reconciliation of stocks physically and in system
Coordinate with Branch offices to maintain tally entry and taxation
process
Accuracy of reports to be submitted to the company management
Entry of purchases, sales PAN India level and incorporate Tally data along with
Head office.
