B.com Graduate with minimum 2 years experience in handling accounts.
Should handle day-to-day accounts, maintenance of Books of Accounts i.e, cash book, bank book etc.
Ideal candidate should be a male and should be good at Tally, MS Excel & other accounting software
Should have knowledge of Sales Tax, filing of Sales Tax returns, GST etc
Must be capable of drawing trial balance & carrying out bank reconciliation, creditors/ debtors reconciliation, stock reconciliation & passing other accounting entry independently.
Maintaining TDS challans, quarterly returns, preparation of TDS certificates, etc.
Maintaining and keeping proper record of Petty Cash, Cash Book, Bank Book and all kind of related registers.
Processing & payments bills
Passing timely Journal Entries of the payment towards expenses
Maintaining books of Accounts for Purchase & Sales
Proactive identification of projects with relevance to company Goals for the year.
Drive and Participate in special projects initiated by business and Coordinate with various functional role holders for driving new initiatives for process improvements
Develop and implement strategies to achieve organizational goals
Should maintain confidentiality
