Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree
• English fluency
• Accounting Experience of 1 year 

The ideal candidate will be involved with categorizing expenses and income, bank reconciliation, preparing financial reports and statements, invoice processing, and payroll processing for clients from US, UK, Australia and Canada.

Responsibilities include

• Categorizing transactions and performing bank reconciliation.
• Handle accounts receivable transactions.
• Perform general ledger reconciliation
• Assist in the preparation of basic financial statements.
• Handle basic payroll processing
• Handle basic invoice processing.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Produce ad hoc reports for a variety of business requirements.

Software 
Experience with accounting software, including Xero, Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Sage, Wave, and Myob.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive).
