• We are hiring For Accounts Executive with a strong experience and knowledge in Accounting domain. 
• The candidate should be able to work independently in executing the instructions of accounts manager. 
• Requires working experience in GST and TDS filings.
• Designation: Accounts Executive
• Age Limit: 25 - 32
• Work Location: Chennai (Valasaravakkam)

• Familiar in Tally ERP 9.
• Handling Vendor bills and payments
• Verification of Accounting Vouchers
• Coordination with Auditors
• Management of petty cash transactions.
• Controlling credit and ensuring debtors pay on time.
• Reconciliation of direct debits and finance accounts.
• Ensuring all payments amounts & records are accurate.
• Working with journals, sales & purchase ledgers and spreadsheets.
• Billing in Tally
• Recording day to day accounting transactions.
• monthly and end-year process
• accounts payable/receivable
• cash receipts
• general ledger
• payroll and utilities
• Sales and Invoicing
• Petty Cash Handling
• GST computations
• TDS computations

Qualifications and Skills

• Looking for Male or Female Candidate in Accounts with 2-3 years experience.
• B.Com Graduates are preferred.

• Good Communication Skill.
• Working experience in Tally ERP 9.
• Should have good knowledge in accounts.
• Experience in GST, TDS,VAT will be added advantage.
• Must be a B.Com graduate.
