Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Account Executive is Responsible for the accounts and finance activities.
  • Visualise, Plan and Guide systems and processes for effective deployment of the function.
  • Daily Cash activity (Receipt & Payment)
  • Daily Bank activity (Stockiest collection receipt, Supplier & Others payment)
  • Journal voucher punching
  • Must have TDS Knowledge and aware with GST.
  • Preparation of sales, Purchase, Collection & customer outstanding reports
  • Preparation of creditors outstanding reports.
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Also assist in others activity of Accounts & Admin department

Key Skills
Skill : Accounting Knowledge with Tally 9 ERP, , MS Excel, Good Communication Skill, Fluent in Kannada, English and Hindi
