Responsibilities and Duties

Preparing sales invoices as sales order.
Maintaining cash book & preparing expenses voucher
Preparation of bank reconciliation statements
preparing maintaining payment to vendor
Daily dispatch planning & production entry
Cross checking of Sales orders per dispatch planning
Manage process of Accounts Payable/Bills Payable (Vendor).
Manage vendor/supplier relations, accurate processing of invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, credit memos and payment transactions
Handle TDS and GST compliance.
Maintain proper records of ledgers, accounts, schedules, documents which will be needed during year end audit
Assisting internal & statutory auditors in finalization work by providing necessary clarification about purpose of entries done, documents, and vouchers information
To Handle preparation of Supplier Aging and Vendor /advance reconciliation.
