About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:

1. Handling accounts as well as administrative requirements of the company
2. Supervising facility providers like IT, computers, website developers, catalogs, banners, etc.
3. Preparing purchase orders
4. Preparing quotation
5. Assisting the sales team with designing sales and marketing matters
6. Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments
7. Maintaining contact lists
8. Managing all accounting operations based on accounting principles
9. Conducting month-end and year-end close processes
10. Collecting, analyzing, and summarising account information
11. Computing taxes and prepare tax returns, balance sheets, profit/loss statements, etc.
12. Developing periodic reports for management
13. Keeping information confidential and secure them with random database backups
14. Keeping up with financial policies, regulations, and legislation
