Populus jobs - Accounts

Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in accounts transactions, checking, verification & follow up
2. Provide general admin support and other relevant ad-hoc tasks or assignments
3. Handle daily collection and payment reconciliation
4. Perform general ledger bookkeeping, prepare management and statutory reporting, process accounts payable transactions and payments, remittance transfers, staff claims, and petty cash
5. Process accounts receivable transactions
6. Provide administrative support to office team members e.g. stationery, liaising with building management, filling, travel desk
7. Maintain the sales of inventory's and purchase inventories
8. Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments maintaining monthly reports for income & expenses
9. Support other staff within the company as needed
10. Take care of all administrative activities, expenses, & supervision of safety/security
