Job Description

Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accounts updated in a timely & accurate basis & ensure that there is a process backup in place for every critical operation.
Monthly Reconciliation of Tally Data with online sales & returns data from portals
Balance sheet, P&L, cash flow statement finalization
Ensure compliance as per government norms, filing all direct & indirect tax returns well within due dates and ensure timely statutory payments
Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly MIS reports
Monthly Bank reconciliation
Monthly Debtors/Creditors ledger reconciliation
Coordination with Statutory Auditors
Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
Supervise the team to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
Create new internal accounting corporate policies. Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.
Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.
