Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Executive – Accounts & Finance to manage daily accounting operations and financial activities. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP software

• Manage accounts payable and receivable

• Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and payment follow-ups

• Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts

• Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance filings

• Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements

• Maintain proper financial records and documentation

• Support audits and coordinate with auditors

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting

• 2–5 years of experience in Accounts & Finance

• Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and ERP systems

• Good communication and analytical skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy
