Primary Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to gather support data to ensure invoice accuracy and also work through specific billing discrepancies
• Provide input to policies, systems, methods and procedures for the effective management and control of the premium billing function
• Educate customers regarding the availability of receiving invoices and remitting payments through online applications
• Solve routine problems on own
• Work with supervisor to solve more complex problems
• Prioritize and organize own work to meet agreed upon deadlines
• Work with others as part of a team
  
  

Required Qualifications

• B.Com Graduates only
• Ability to demonstrate a moderate level of knowledge and skills in own function
• Ability to apply knowledge/skills to activities that often vary from day to day
