This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
- B.E./BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- Advanced knowledge of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
- Understanding of architecture and design of HP Nonstop Servers / IBM Mainframe.
- Working proficiency in various toolsets - RMS, KLIST, Beyond Compare, Pathway, Control M
- Knowledge on relational databases - SQL - MP/MX, Enscribe
- Knowledge of industry wide technology trends and best practices
- Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals, and passionate about building an innovative culture
- Awareness of one or more programming languages like Cobol, Screen COBOL, scripting language - TACL.
- Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance and software improvement
- Knowledge of automation framework compatible on Tandem - e.g. Selenium
- Understanding of payments domain will be a plus.
