a. Maintaining the day-to-day accounting and updating the records in Tally.
b. Generating invoices and ensuring their entries in Tally.
c. Preparing and obtaining approval for expense vouchers & enter these in Tally.
d. Ensuring rules pertaining to GST and TDS are followed.
e. Ensuring payment of utility/vendors, etc.
f. Collecting Quarterly Maintenance Charges from all owners and ensuring no arrears.
g. Carrying out Bank Reconciliation statements for all the bank accounts.
h. Maintaining the Minutes of Meeting of all Management Committee Meetings, Special General Body Meetings, Annual General Body Meetings and any other special meetings called for the Owners/Residents.
i. Any other task assigned by the Office Bearers..
