Ad Sales Partner - Bangalore

Role :

The Advertisement Sales Partners will be a strategic thought partner for sales marketing and would be responsible for coordination between sales, tech and demand teams to understand the requirements & changes for the advertisement product at Udaan platform.

Responsibilities :

Handles all the business’s advertising campaigns from their conceptualization to their completion
Identifying, prioritizing, and closing new consumers in order to meet the business’s ad sales revenue and profit targets
Ensuring the attainment of new business by employing strategic advertising techniques
Promote the business/product/service through active representation in industry events, seminars, trade shows, workshops, and meetings with current and potential customers
Promotes the success of ad sales initiatives through the latest advertising trends and industry best practices, which keeps the business at par with the competition
Effectively manages the business’s ad sales pipeline and develops a strategy for the long-term sustained success of the ad sales
Lead the planning, developing, and evaluating new consumer-driven advertising initiatives on a consistent basis, in order to guarantee consumer satisfaction
Creates and continuously improves advertising sales materials, documentation, presentations as well as all of the business’s products
Use Research and Analytics for new advertising approaches that will lead to the capture of new markets
Conducts weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual sales pipeline management and forecasting
Maintaining excellent relationships with consumers, external partners, and collaborating teams

Basic Qualifications/Requirements :

Graduate degree with 3-4 years of experience / Master’s degree with 1-3 years of experience from Tier 1 institutes
Experience in marketing / Ad sales would be an added advantage
Capable of thinking on your feet problem-solve and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Must have positive and professional verbal and written communication skills and maintain excellent interpersonal skills.
