I. Additional General Manager (Naval Architecture) (E-6) , Post Code : 01/2019/AGM01

Qualification: Full time Engineering Graduate degree or equivalent with 60% overall marks in the discipline in Naval Architecture/ Naval Architecture & Ship Building / Naval Architecture & Ocean Engineering
Essential Experience i. Should have at least 16 years post qualification experience in ship building / ship design/ ship repair organization preferably in warship design. ii. The naval candidate should have experience in WOT/ Design Directorate/ IHQ/ Trial Agencies/ Naval Dockyards. iii. Class surveyors, Professors of relevant discipline having experience either singularly or collectively and fulfilling the requirement of Sl no (i) above may also apply.
iv. Candidates from Govt./ PSUs should have minimum 3 years’ experience in immediate lower grade of IDA – PSU - Rs.32,900 – 58,000 (pre-revised) CDA / Govt - Rs.37,400 – 67,000 (PB-4) Grade Pay – Rs.8,000/- (pre-revised) v. Candidates from private sector companies having their present CTC of Rs.13.50 Lakhs PA are eligible.
Desirable experience i. Relevant experience in ship design/ shipbuilding/ IHQ/ WOT / in assignments involving new ship designs/ constructions /overseeing/ commissioning of Frigate/ Destroyers etc.
ii. Relevant experience in project management software like SAP, CCPM, Primavera etc and work experience in design/production/ planning/ quality etc., in ships construction industry. iii. Exposure of Surveys in Foreign Shipyards
Pay Scale: Rs.36,600 – 62,000 Total monthly CTC at the minimum pay scale: Rs.1,23,000/- pm* (approx.) * Pay revision report under consideration as per 3rd PRC

Naval Architecture 01 Post (OBC)
Qualification: Full time Engineering Graduate degree or equivalent with 60% overall marks in the discipline in Naval Architecture/ Naval Architecture & Ship Building / Naval Architecture & Ocean Engineering
Essential Experience i. Should have at least 14 years post qualification experience in ship building / ship design/ ship repair organization preferably in warship design.
ii. The naval candidate should have experience in WOT/ Design Directorate/ IHQ/ Trial Agencies/ Naval Dockyards. iii. Class surveyors, Professors of relevant discipline having experience either singularly or collectively and fulfilling the requirement of Sl no (i) above may also apply. iv. III. Senior Manager (Weapon Systems) (E-4),Post Code : 01/2019/SM01 / 01 Post (UR)
Qualification: Four years full time degree in Engineering or equivalent with 60% overall marks in the discipline of Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electrical & Instrumentation/ Electronics / Electronics & Communications / Applied Electronics/ Instrumentation.
Essential Experience i. The candidate should have 12 years post qualification experience. The naval candidate (of Electrical branch of Indian Navy) should have experience in Design Directorate / WOT / IHQ/ Trial Agencies/ Naval Dockyards.
ii. Experience in handing installation, STW (Setting to Work) and commissioning of Electrical weapon systems / Experience in dealing with Naval / Coast Guard Authorities, CDA Navy, Cargo clearance by Air & Sea, liaisoning with various Materials Organizations / Authorities. iii. Candidates from Govt./ PSUs should have minimum 3 years’ experience in immediate lower grade of IDA – PSU - Rs.24,900 – 50,500 (pre-revised) CDA / Govt - Rs.15,600 – 39,100 (PB-3) Grade Pay – Rs.6,600/- (pre-revised) iv. Candidates from private sector companies having their present CTC of Rs.10 Lakhs PA are eligible.
