Responsibilities and Duties
Manage all accounting transactions

• Publish financial statements in time

• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely bank payments
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
• Audit financial transactions and documents
• Comply with financial policies and regulations.

• Open PF, TDS, GST, ESI and Professional tax account with the government.
• Management of office equipment based as an Administration task.
• Handling external or internal communication or management systems
• Managing clerical or other administrative staff.**
• A Major part of Assets supervising would be carried out.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years Work experience as an Accountant and Admin
• Good knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
• Experience with handling payments and expenses.
• Good communication skills

• BCOM, BBM, MCOM.

Salary Offered: 18000 - 25000
Working Days: 6 Days.
