HUMAN RESOURCE

Implementation and monitoring of all HR Management Systems,

Maintain the General Administrative matters on day-to-day basis in co-ordination with Management.

Maintain the Employee Relation matters like Employee discipline, grievance, counselling, motivation, culture and attitudinal change etc.

Attendance Management.

Maintaining records of “Loans & Advances”.

Sourcing the right candidate and conducting interviews.

Issuing offer/appointment/confirmation/relieving/experience letter, etc.

joining formalities and conducting the induction training to the new joiners.

Salary calculation and processing of all the employees.

Prepare Bonus, Gratuity, Leave encashment, Full and Final settlements.

ADMINISTRATION

Conducting employee engagement activities.

Managing safety related equipment with close coordination with production team.

Maintaining all the AMC files of office equipment and confirm the annual maintenance to be happened on time.

Vendor Management
