Hakka Bakka is a video production, marketing and community platform. It's an initiative by Hymn Films. We are looking for individuals with decent communication skills to handle our HR and Admin operations.
Responsibilities:- Engage with the best talent from the city for our platform by regularly sending e-mails, posting JDs on portals and social media
- Manage database os people who can be approached for respective roles
- Make sure you have a replacement ready for job profiles
- Participate in events, local conversations, interact and identify the right talent who can work with us
- Act as a primary resource person in the organisation to sort out all the queries
- Manage and report all the task given to the team
- Make monthly performance reports of the team members
- Handle customers or client queries and help them out with required help from the team
Requirements:
- Decent communication skills in both English and Hindi
- Above 18 years of age
- Community or HR experience is a plus
