JOB TITLE- Human Executive Cum counsellor
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB- Recruitment, sourcing and attracting new clients
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-
1. Screen and evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements, and conduct phone, Skype, and face-to-face interviews to determine overall fit
2. Assist with all external and internal HR related matters
3. Continuously evaluate and recommend new sources for active and passive candidates for recruiting
4. Excel reporting and detailing (weekly)
5. Recruitment across different verticals.6. Excellent at articulating and communicating the employer brand
7. Scheduling Interviews and keeping “time to fill” numbers within the goal
8. Coordination with team members, seniors, associates, clients and other relevant bodies.
9. Attain a complete understanding of the candidate's profile, suggest the best-suited course, and role as per their skills.
10. Address all queries (resume building, finance, training sessions , documents etc.) and provide effective solutions.
11. providing detailed consulting and managing the entire admissions process for the client
