Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the executive team and department head.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them as needed.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external communication.
• Organize and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
• Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• Proven experience in administrative support
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in using MS Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
