Job Description for the post is
1. To maintain MIS register
2. To register new claims in system
3. Fix appointment with client for the inspection
4. Appoint surveyors after consulting Branch Head
5. Provide claim acknowledgement to Insurers/HO on date and time of visit of surveyor
6. Follow up with field surveyor and track progress of claim inspection and obtain report, photos and documents
7. Upload/monitor photos, documents, JIR in portal
8. Respond Email/queries on time, after consultation with Branch Head
9. Closely follow up for pending claim both telephonic and email reminders
10. Documents scrutiny as per surveyor requirements
11. Assist Surveyor in preparing survey reports
12. Rigorous Payment follow up with clients for closed claims
Qualification:
Any degree/diploma
The candidate should possess good communication (both English and Hindi) and writing skills.
