Job Description

  • Person would be responsible for front office, handling guests, taking care of reception.
  • Person would be attending calls at the reception.
  • Person would attend to the travel requirements of executive of the organization.
  • Assisting HR during major drives/walk-in.
  • Assisting HR in organizing any event or activity in office.
  • Handle day to day office management and facility management activities and their maintenance.
  • Make sure to take care of the reception, never leave reception unattended under any circumstances.
  • Taking care of Couriers (sending and Receiving).
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
  • Handling admin activities.
  • Handling any other extra activities assigned by the Manager.
