Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION: Admin cum Receptionist

About the Roles & Responsibilities:

> Greeting clients efficient, courteous, and professional manner .

> Handling enquiry and clients calls.

> Managing appointment and customers.

> Managing Housekeeping staffs.

> Managing the inventory.

> Cash receiving & invoice raising.

> Handle incoming calls, feedbacks and enquires from clients or customers

> Provide customer service at front desk

> Attend to high-society status such as Successful Business Man, Bankers, Celebrities etc

> Assist in HR/Finance/Sales & Marketing team in general admin duties as assigned

Schedule:

> 8 hour shift

> Day shift

Working days: Monday to Saturday

Qualification : Graduates freshers with degree / 1 yr experience.

English is must.(FEMALES REQUIRED)
