Job Description

We need admin cum teacher who can take orals, vivas, coordinate with teachers parents, update portion of all students, handle inquiry and admission process, correct papers from answer sheets provided, telecalling, etc.

Attend to enquiries and requests from parents & students (walk-in, phone, email, social media) and maintain necessary records

Handle and process students’ registration and enrollment

Monitor and track students’ progresses

To liaise and work closely with teachers to provide necessary support and feedbacks

Provide feedbacks and maintain close partnership with parents

Assist in building of teaching and learning resources

Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness

Requirements:

Must be able to communicate well with good interpersonal and communication skills

Meticulous and diligent

Patient and love interacting with children

Competency in computer literacy skills
