Job Description

The candidate should be responsible for
  • CAB booking monitoring for all GO sites and ensure for smooth process flow. Maintaining the data and clearing the monthly invoices
  • Managing the telephones for corporate office and coordinating with Airtel for new connections and activating the international packs. Cross checking the monthly invoices and clearing the same for payments
  • Raising the PR for Security and MD office requirements and to ensure that the items are delivered as per the timeline in coordination with procurement team.
  • Clearing the monthly invoices of all the vendors and coordinate with finance for timely payments,
  • Assisting the reporting manager in fulfilling the requirements of Food, Sports and Entertainment committee
  • Handling visitors of MD office and taking care of their needs.
  • Coordinating with the food vendor for timely delivery of food to colleagues
  • Organizing lunch and snacks for the training sessions held at corporate office.
  • Coordinating with event managers during the events at corporate office
  • Both fresher & experienced.
