Able to perform day-to-day administrative tasks like taking calls, scheduling meetings and other duties.
Record, store or maintain information in written or electronic form.
To oversee the expenses and if needed record then it has to be done.
Arranging meetings and other events.
Managing mail/fax communications.
Managing traditional paper and/or electronic filing systems.
Must be flexible and should have a positive attitude towards work.
