Position: Executive –Admin

Portfolio: End to End Billing

Responsible for Salary Computation & transfer of associates on a Monthly Basis.
Ensuring timely salary / reimbursement transfers to associates.
Responsible for sending daily tracker in scheduled timelines to all the Client

• Raising the salary invoice to the clients.
• Manages and checks the extensions given
• Monitors the correctness of the invoices issued
• Monitors the process pertaining to the invoices issued
• Monitors the process pertaining to verification of invoice payments 
• Developing a pleasing rapport with the client. 
• Onboarding, activities have to be completed before rolling out the offer letter.

Ensure they attend to associates query and respond to them
Maintain the personal documents of the associates.
Preparing MIS on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Maintaining good relationship with associate and clients
Draws up the contracts of the Associate and the extensions thereof
Supervises collection of data regarding attendance

Qualification, and skills needed

• Graduation in Human Resources, or Social Sciences,
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR & Admin
• Good knowledge of computer - Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Fluent in Hindi, good in English
