Admin-Executive for K8 Online School, Punjabi Bagh(Offline)

Responsibilities:

· Handling Allocated Task given by/Regarding concerned departments. (Admission, Teaching & Management)

· Understanding the Queries & School policies and act as coordinator between parents, students & Teachers.

· Conducting Orientation for newly Enrolled Students & their Parents.

· Record Management (New & Existing)

· Counselling Students & Parents regarding admission process & Courses.

· Follow-up with New leads/Prospective Leads.

· Managing Events & Meetings.

· Communicating with Management as & when Required regarding School Policies.

Desired Candidate Profile :

ü Candidate having good Interpersonal Skills will be given preference.

ü Bachelor's degree With Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

ü First preference will be given to those candidates who are living nearby Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi.

ü Candidates should have prior experience of 2 years as Admin-Executive/Counsellor/Front Office.

ü Freshers are also welcome with Strong Communication Skills.

Work Timings :9:00 am to 6:30pm (Monday-Saturday)

Salary - 18,000 - 30,000/- PM ( For Experienced)
