! Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ultimate Goal of Admin Executive is to handling Administration Department.

• Managing all the Files & Registers related with respective department.
• Student Data Management, Cash Management, Day Book, Vendor Management etc.
• Maintain the fees schedule, Admission form, BS, T and CR files.
• Record and handle all incoming and outgoing couriers/Letters. ~ Preparing Student file as per set standard
• Maintaining the stock of books, uniforms and assets.
• Taking care of all vendors related work.
• Register maintenance. • Preparation of Voucher.
• Students' fees related work.
• Maintaining the record of the students joining the course .
• CRM Entry of new Admission
• Effective handling of cash received as monthly fee, admission fee, kit fee or examination fee from the student~
• Handling of NSDC/Various third-party portals.
• Meeting deadlines for data submission.
• Keeping a track of the fees to be paid by the students joining the course and make sure Collection is done
